Terms of Service

HP Pros is the business name of The Handy Pros LLC, a Missouri company based in Festus, MO 63028. The Handy Pros LLC is the legal entity that provides all services and that you contract with. These terms apply to work we do for you, along with the terms on your written estimate.

Estimates

Every price we give you is an estimate until you accept it in writing or by signing it online. Estimates are good for 30 days. If the scope of the work changes, we'll put the change in writing and get your approval before we do the extra work.

Payment

A deposit may be required to schedule your job and buy materials. The amount will be shown on your estimate. The rest is due when the work is done. We accept cash, check, credit card and Zelle.

Cancellation

Your deposit goes toward the materials and labor for your job. Once materials have been ordered, the deposit is non-refundable and stays with The Handy Pros LLC. If you cancel the job, any unused materials bought for your job with your deposit will be given to you. Materials that were already used, or that we keep in stock for future jobs, are not returned.

If you've paid more than the deposit, we'll refund the amount paid beyond the deposit, minus the value of work already completed and the time spent sourcing and picking up materials.

Our work

We back our workmanship for one year from completion. This doesn't cover materials you supplied, normal wear, or damage from misuse. Permits are your responsibility unless your estimate says otherwise.
